Receiving GSOD Email Notifications
Greetings GSOD Email Subscribers! Kem chho?!
Our Intent:
GSOD sends Email notifications to the subscribers on frequent basis.
While most of us receive these notifications in our Inbox, some dont as it would
fall in their Spam or Group folders - thereby defeating the communication efforts
from us. Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail and other email service providers carry unique
algorithms to determine if the email received is legit or not. GSOD emails
are designed to minimize such incorrect perceptions and we at GSOD really want YOU
to get Events & other notifications despite these technology filters.
We have a simple recommendation below to avoid our emails getting blocked.
Please follow below step even if you get our emails in Inbox (because above filtering
may affect you some other time).
Our Request & possible solution:
GSOD Event notification emails are sent from contact@gsod.org
email id. Irrespective of whether you
receive Samaj emails or not - simply add contact@gsod.org
email id in your address-book (as a contact) and very likely you will receive our
notifications. Atleast we tried one trick!
